Your gel coat stays smooth, vibrant, and undamaged for years longer. Standard calcium hypochlorite raises pH and adds calcium to pool water — both of which can damage fibreglass gel coat over time. This dichlor-based formulation is pH-neutral and calcium-free. The difference accumulates slowly — but after five years, the fibreglass pool maintained with the right product and the one maintained with the wrong one look very different.
